Family Fun with a Few Drawbacks
Our short family getaway offered plenty of activities, from relaxing by the pool to enjoying delicious meals at Junior's and Red Lantern. However, the pervasive cigarette smell made it hard to relax. If you’re sensitive to smoke, consider other options for your stay.

The amenities offer great options for families, with engaging activities for children and nice shopping opportunities. However, we faced significant noise from the nightclub above our room, which made it hard to rest, especially with kids. The raw fish in the dining area was a highlight, yet our overall experience felt marred by these issues.

large lobby, comfortable accommodations, powerful water pressure
Navigating to the elevators can feel cumbersome as you must trek back out onto the casino floor!!! The wifi speed might leave you frustrated, especially if you have work to attend to!!! A quieter atmosphere would be appreciated too.

Our stay was a blast! We loved chilling by the pool with frozen drinks and indulging in the amazing food options. The only slight downside was that the room could've used a bit more space, but it didn't ruin our fun at all. 🌟

missingWrote a review on Jul 29spacious bathroomfloor-to-ceiling windowseasy shower accesscramped room
The glass-enclosed shower in the bathroom enhances the overall experience, providing a spacious feel with excellent water pressure. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered a glimpse of the outside, even if it was just a view of HVAC units.
The size of the Director's Suite felt cramped, particularly for three people. maneuvering around the sitting area was an exercise in discomfort. The supposed 'walk-in closet' turned out to be nonexistent, leaving us questioning where to store our belongings. The room's layout forced us to watch the TV at an angle, which is less than ideal when you’re trying to enjoy a show. Also, the distance from the busier parts of the casino made for long walks to find dining options and entertainment, adding to the overall inconvenient experience.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with car service on my first stay, making it memorable. I highly recommend it for relaxation, and I'm coming back for a romantic escape!

I loved the spacious layout of the Deluxe Queen Room with two queen beds. The view from the 14th floor was beautiful, especially at night. The staff were friendly and offered great service, which made us feel welcome. The outdoor pool area had private cabanas, perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately, we faced some issues with the amenities. The smoke smell in the hotel was overwhelming, despite our request for a non-smoking room. We also encountered a long wait for extra blankets and had trouble with the casino atmosphere. it felt a bit depressing and we didn’t win anything. While the food at the Scorpion Bar was delicious, it didn’t make up for other frustrations. The elevators were slow during peak times, which was annoying. There’s also no indoor pool, and access to other pools involves additional fees, which felt like a letdown. Overall, the hotel has potential, but some areas really need improvement to match the price.
